Carcinogens are perhaps the most dangerous enemies of modern man. Like a guerrilla group, they sneak into our body under the guise of food additives, dyes, fatty and fried food, alcoholic beverages, all sorts of preservatives and medicines.
We do not feel their destructive effect until the slagged body begins to send distress signals: extra pounds, dull hair and unhealthy complexion, irritability, drowsiness, allergic reactions, and even chronic diseases. Don’t give up! Your body is your temple, and your enemy has no place in it. How to expel uninvited guests from the body? The answer is simple: start a cleansing program.
Remember the basic rules of body cleansing:
- Drink plenty of plain water. Give up alcohol and coffee.
- Prepare to be cleansed in advance. About a month before the diet, give up heavy, fried, salty and spicy food. Also, try not to eat meat—your friends: greens, fruits, vegetables, and cereals.
- Every morning, start with a glass of water with lemon. You can replace it with freshly squeezed carrot or beetroot juice.
- Stick to a strict diet no longer than ten days, but not less than three.
- Repeat cleaning about twice a year.
Here’s an example of the dishes from which you can make your diet menu.
