Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Spray the inside of a small cake pan with the nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, diced red bell pepper, and shredded Havarti cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 310°F.
  6. Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes, until the frittata is set and slightly golden.
  7. Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
